Unable to create an Jira account

Hi there, 

Suddenly I can not create any jira account since 2-3month. 

it says There are limited agent slots remaining in the upper right corner.

Could you pleae tell me how to delete unnesessary accounts?

If you are an org admin, go to admin.atlassian.com and see which users are active in the system and remove unnecessary users who are not active from certain amount of time or who left the organization. In this way you can clean the User Management and can create new accounts.

Welcome to the community.

Access Atlassian Administration:

  1. Log in to your Jira instance and go to Settings (the gear icon).
  2. Go to User Management: Select User management from the menu.
  3. Select the User: Find and select the specific user whose JSM license you want to remove.
  4. Disable JSM Access: Under the Access section, toggle the Jira Service Management option off.
