Workflow schemes apply to projects, not issue types.  But they do define what workflow to use for each issue type within the project.

So, to use a new workflow for an issue type, go to the project you have added the issue type to and go to admin/settings.  Look for "workflows" and go into it, you will find it lists the current mapping of workflows to issue types in the project.  Click the "add workflow" button and you'll be able to associate your workflow with your issue type.

Hi!

  • Go to Project settings
  • Workflow
  • Add Workflow -> Add existing
  • Choose the new workflow you created and click next
  • Choose the two issue types you want this workflow to be associated with
  • Click finish

Prior of this you need to make sure that you have include this issue type to the issue type scheme of the project and create a request type with this issue type.

Hope that helps! Let me know.

Alex
