Unable to add users to a project in Jira Free plan

Hi Community,

I’m using Jira Cloud (Free plan), and I’m unable to add users to a project.
Earlier I was able to add people using “Project settings → People → Add people”,
but now the option is greyed out or missing.

I’m the admin for this Jira site. Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how to fix it?

I can't recreate this action.

I tried it on a free plan instance and it works on my site.

Are you listed as an admin on the JSM project and do yuo have a JSM agent license?

PS. Don't mention GDPR related or a link to your instance.
