Unable to add more than 30 email address used for notifications

When adding an email address for notification uses on Admin > Settings > Email > Add email address, getting error that A domain you selected is no longer verified even though our domain is showing verified.

We found out that we cant add more than 30 email address, because after we delete one and add a new one it works again but not more than 30.

Is there a limit? we will have more than 30 projects and we will need more than 30 email address using our domain on jira used to send notifications, how can we overcome this limit or is this a bug?
