Unable to add attachment in comments

Me and my team is unable to add attachments in comment, save button greys out even though we have the required permissions. Sometimes I am able to attach files and sometimes it greys out.

I've experienced the same issue. This is how it happened to me and how I worked around:

  • Click on the "Add attachment" Clip next to the "Add Internal note/ Reply to Customer"
  • Select a file 
  • The file displays in the comment but the Save button is disabled

Workaround:

  • Click on "Add Internal note/ Reply to Customer" to create a comment
  • Upload a file 
  • Save button is enabled

This is a bug recently discovered . I tried to find a bug reported for this but I couldn't find one.

Contacted Jira support team and they have opened a bug with their engineers.  JSDCLOUD-13801
