Unable to acknowledge alerts from Google cloud to Jira

Hello!..

Have created an Google operations suite integration in Jira service management.
It has all the default incoming rules.

When alerts are getting created in Google Cloud Alerting , it is also getting created in Jira. But , when alerts are acknowledged in GCP its not reflecting in Jira.

I am using the default rules , which should acknowledge if state is acknowledged.

Please help to understand and resolve this issue.
