Unable to Get the Data Populated in Customized SLA Fields while pulling the reports in Jira

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Jira shows the SLA on the report page, but when I try to pull the same in the report, it does pull blank data only.
And then When I user filters to pull this into a report, I get Blank data
Any Idea how to resolve this?
