Unable to Access Jira After Trial Period

I was using the Jira trial plan, but now I am receiving a message that I no longer have access.

I would like to continue using Jira and proceed with the payment. I have already added a payment method to my account, but I am still unable to access the service.

Could you please help me activate the subscription or let me know the next steps?

Hi @Srishti Kumari 

 

As you add payment details, your instance can still be set inactive.

You will need to contact Atlassian Support, and have them help out to set your instance to a free subscription.

As this is a public forum we are users like you and we can't access instances or any other administrative related actions on instances.
