Trying to add organization, get error message

When trying to add a customer I get the error message "We're having trouble. Check your connection and try again."

I was able to add orgnanizations in the past, any idea what the issue is?

Have you tried to close your browser then retry it?

If still had an error, you can raise a ticket in Atlassian Support .
