I'm trying to do AWS Security Hub - Bidirectional integration with Atlassian Jira Service Management based but after following all the steps, I'm having trouble on the JIRA side.
test connection is successful but under AWS accounts, the AWS Service Catalog is not showing and under the Connector Settings I can't add a Jira Project
Any support from you guys?

I don't know if this will help in your particular case, but we had a similar problem and found that the workflow for AWS Security Hub Finding was not mapped to the AWS Security Hub Finding issue type for the project. Thus, the Jira bidirectionality could not map the workflow status to what was in AWS Security Hub.

Add Jira Project is disabled.
removed 'disabled' via source code, but no event fires.

Did anyone get this working? I'm seeing same behavior - opened a ticket with AWS support to troubleshoot but so far no dice.
