When a user creates a ticket, can the Multiplier add-on retrieve fields a (account) and b (department) and automatically add the account to the corresponding group in Azure AD?
For example, HR personnel will be automatically added to the HR group in Azure AD, and FIN personnel will be automatically added to the FIN group in Azure AD.
Can you provide how to configuration setp?

Hi @GICT TW – I'm the founder of Multiplier.
To accomplish what you're looking for, you're going to have to add multiple post functions to your workflow, and use the JQL filter at the top of the post function to check for a specific department.
