Triage - Add fields

I am testing the Triage. 

Now I can only change the following fields. 

Request type

Status

Priority 

Assignee

I want to be able to add customized fields to change

How can I do that?

You can't this is a feature that you can use on a JSM space, but this is full Rovo based.

This complete feature (rovo agent) is managed by Atlassian and can't be managed on instance or space level.

You can build your own Rovo agent an see how to achieve this.
