Tracking assigned work / capacity in hours

Trying to consolidate tasks, change requests, and some support requests into an easy to understand timeline and capacity view that’s based on hours assigned in a given timeframe per agent.

I’ve found a good add on for gantt view but can’t find a way to see the available capacity of agents based on hours per day vs hours of estimated work + assigned start and end dates. 

am I missing something obvious, or does anyone have a solution for this?
