Dear Support,
Please help us, because after uninstalling then reinstallng Timesheet Export-ot it doesn't work at all.
Hi @laszlo_szendy 👋
Since the issue is happening inside Timesheet Export for Jira, the best first step is to reach out directly to that vendor’s support team so they can investigate the error.
If you need a workaround urgently, you could also try JetTime. It provides:
One-click exports to CSV/Excel that work reliably even with large datasets.
Start/stop timers and simple logging, so your team’s work logs stay accurate.
Custom metrics and cost centers for financial tracking.
Detailed work log reports filterable by project, user, or sprint.
A privacy-first setup — JetTime is built fully on Atlassian Forge and Runs on Atlassian, so all your data stays inside Jira Cloud.
This way you don’t have to wait until the other vendor resolves the export issue.

Welcome @laszlo_szendy
What is the name of the app that you are using? What errors (if any) do you receive when you want to export a time sheet? The vendor of this application probably has the support page where you can ask for the support.

Hi,
The app name is "Timesheet Export for Jira".
See the error below in that image. After clicking on Prepare Export button you can see "Hang on a sec" but nothing happens then.
