We use exclaimer with our email signatures.
I am testing and sent in a email with signature and its made the ticket huge, loads of blocks, makes all signature graphics huge etc
Anyway we can tweek how the ticket is formatted when tickets are sent in via email?

When it comes to creating tickets via email, currently, there are no options to remove the email signature. All the email content will be added to the ticket description.
There is a feature request suggesting improvements for that:
