This Change cannot be completed because one or more linked Tasks are still open. Please complete all linked Tasks before closing this Change. I need help to solve this issue either through automation or any kind of change

This is a workflow validator working as designed. It blocks the Change from being closed until all linked Tasks are in a completed status. The most straightforward fix is to simply close all the linked Tasks first, then close the Change.

If there are Tasks that shouldn't be blocking the closure (e.g. they're no longer relevant), you can remove the link between them and the Change, which should allow it to proceed.

If this is a recurring issue and you'd like to change how the workflow behaves, that would need to be handled by your Jira Project Admin. They can adjust or remove the validator on the workflow.

The message indicates that the workflow of this issue have validator in place which will check for child issue or linked issue. Please close the child issue or linked issue then try again.

or you can do the unlinking of the issues if they are not relevant and will not get closed now or if you are having admin access then you can change configuration of the workflow if you do not require it.
