For few of the issues created in Jira, the right side of the screen is empty.
i.e Couldn't see the Component, Assigned Developer, Development, Fix Version, epic and so on.
But we could able to see when we access the ticket through its sprint board.
Please support.
This sounds rather interesting but a bit difficult to troubleshoot from where I’m sitting. Would you please provide some screenshots of what you are experiencing?
