The field 'labels' is not valid for this request type
Working on an integration with Zabbix 7 LTS so it can create tickets in JSM via the API when certain alerts are triggered. I am using the included JSM media type in Zabbix.
Currently the Zabbix trigger sends certain fields but it seems to be having issues with the labels field, as I am getting this on the response:
"Received response: {"errorMessage":"Unable to create request because of these errors : The field 'labels' is not valid for this request type 'Technical Support'.","i18nErrorMessage":{"i18nKey":"sd.request.create.error.failed.msg","parameters":["The field 'labels' is not valid for this request type 'Technical Support'."]}}"
But the request type in JSM contains the labels field:
Has anyone run into this? Am I missing some other field?
EDIT: I found the issue, these fields need to be present on the 'request form' and not the 'work item view'.
