I'm a new user of Jira Service Management and as an Administrator, I'm trying to customize a test portal - "Customer Service Pilot".
However, I've noticed that I have limited permissions for the project settings.
I'm not able to open and manage:
1)the Request types;
2)the Portal settings;
3)Email requests;
4)Customer notifications and others.
Please advise why my permissions are limited.
My project role: Administrator + Service Desk Team.
