I am implementing Jira in my company and currently have a Jira Service Management license. However, I need to create a new project in Jira to organize support requests for my maintenance team. In this team, interaction with the customer is unnecessary, since I have a support team that provides this interface. Of the templates available for this license, all of them have interaction with the help center. I need a template that does not have this interaction, where my level 1 and level 2 support employees will be responsible for opening maintenance tickets. Is there any way for the Management license to meet my needs? If not, what type of template/product do I need to purchase?

If your maintenance team do not need to be customer facing then you should look at using Jira instead for that team. You can then use automation to open up work items in their project when needed.
