Dear Akeneo Support Team,
I am experiencing a technical issue with Akeneo PIM. When I navigate to the product page at https://pim.oceanic.pl/#/enrich/product/, a foggy overlay appears with a loading message that covers the entire screen. This prevents me from clicking the "Create" button to add a new product.
Additionally, I attempted to contact support via the AI chat, which redirected me to the helpdesk portal at https://akeneo.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=portals. However, when I try to register using my email, I receive the following error:
"We couldn't submit your request. Refresh the page and try again."
Could you please advise how I can resolve this issue or provide an alternative way to contact support?

Have you tried with different browser and also in the incognito mode?
