Teams message on issue create/update

im trying to get my Project to only send a teams message when an update is made that is not myself. what i have right now doesnt seem to be working, looking for some help, i've attached a photo of what im attempting via Automation.

Hi Mark,

You are checking the comment author in your condition, but there is no comment being added,. So I would assume that check would fail every time. You need to sync up the trigger with the action you are checking in the condition.
