Syncing Jira Support Tickets to Trello

I understand that it's possible for Trello cards to sync to Jira and create issues within Jira from Trello cards, but is the same feature offered in reverse? Meaning, is it possible to sync to where as soon as an issue is created in Jira, then a Trello card would be automatically created?

For context: We are a relatively small company and plan on using Jira Service Management as an ticketing and support option for both internal and external use. Ideally, we'd like it to flow where as soon as an issue is submitted by either a customer or an employee, a Trello card is created on our Support board. I've already looked into Unito.io as a two-way sync option, but truthfully the monthly price seems to be a little too high for a small company like ours. Any suggestions or budget-friendly alternatives would be greatly appreciated!
