Is there a way we can sync Service management tickets with Project tickets so when a ticket gets cloned from Service desk to project and a assignee or a reporter comment on a ticket it shows up at both the places
I suggest you use the Create linked issue. I use Automation that triggers when a JSM issue transitions to Development status and if certain conditions are met then I create a linked issue in the appropriate software project. I have another automation rules that keeps the JSM ticket in sync with the JSW project ticket.
