Can you please share me an automation that I can use to sync the comments from JSM ticket to JIRA and vice versa?
When a ticket is escalated to the dev or dev ops team from the Helpdesk JSM Project, a ticket is created in the Dev JIRA Project Board, and they are automatically linked. When the dev needs information from the helpdesk, when he comments, I want it to sync in the main/original ticket and vice versa.
