Subtask named with Parents Creat Date showing wrong date

Hi Community

I have a process (PIR) that creates a child task and draws a summary from the task create date:

Post Incident Review - {{issue.created.format("dd/MM/yyyy")}}

However, this sometimes creates a date 1 day behind the parent's task create date.

I have ensured our global settings are correct but simply cannot think of how it is dating the parents create date is older than it is.

Any help on how to look into this would be great.
