Subtask - finding parent task/issue

Leon

From an issue I am able to create a sub task. When scrolling down the issue I can see all sub tasks, however when looking at sub tasks in the queues and even when clicking into them, I am unable to see what the parent task/issue is - How do I find this out?

Hello @Leon

The Parent ticket of any sub-task is mentioned in the top row where the hierarchy of the ticket is shown.

Please refer the screen shots below.

Let me know if this helps or if you have any further questions.

Hi @Gaurav

Can I see a parent not in breadcrumbs while in a subtask? I would like to see this information in a separate field.
