Hi

Our customers login to our service desk and can access a KB of articles including system updates etc

Is there a way for them to subscribe to updates when new articles are published

Thanks

J

Hi Jerry, g'day!

Currently, it's only possible to provide feedback on KB articles, but unfortunately is not available yet for customers to subscribe, we have a Feature Request related to this topic:

If that feature is of your interest, please click on Vote for this issue so its visibility and popularity are increased. I also recommend you watch this ticket by clicking the Start watching this issue option to receive further notifications from our product managers upon updates. We’ll make sure our product managers get your feedback and take it into account.
In the following link, you can find more information about how Atlassian implements New Features.

Also, Confluence has the Watch pages, spaces, and blogs, so a possible workaround for this case is to set one space as open so your customers can access and watch the pages.

I hope this helps you!

Regards

Josiane Oliveira
