Strange text updates via API to customer, when status changes.

Hi all

 

I really need some clues or outright help here.. :D

 

One of my customers are building an integration via the Jira Spoke API to our ServiceDesk and we have setup a Webhook, so that they can get and do updates. They are working in ServiceNow.

This is all fine, BUT...

When we in Jira change the status of a ticket do THEY get strange text updates like:

When we do an update to the Labels field:

When we move a ticket from Recieved to In Progress:

The workflow does not have any comments like this.

Looking at the log in Jira, is there no comment added. 

If I try to search through our full Jira installation, can I not find the CRQ number mentioned.

If I try an use Postman to look at the data output for the ticket, can I see other comments, but nothing with CRQ.

So do anyone have any ideas/suggestions/knowledge about where I should look for this.

My customer is very certain that this is not something they populate.
