We are needed to store the product values with proper details of each project like if we have a product name "XXXXX" and same product has the details like these product have this many customers, status of the product and so on so.
We are expecting all the details to be appeared on JIRA Service management portal to manage our project properly.
Is there any plugins that we can achieve the above requirement.

I'm not sure I fully understand your requirement, but from what I understand I would suggest using Assets which comes with JSM Cloud premium.
With Assets you can basically create your own structure of assets, f.ex. products and configure the attributes you want to store about each product. More information can be viewed f.ex here.
I've seen use cases of Assets being used successfully to manage customers, employees, products, access, any physical assets and more :)
