Boa tarde, pessoal! 

Estou utilizando o Jira Service para capturar e clonar tarefas nos quadros convencionais. No entanto, não consigo trocar os status automaticamente. Além disso, quando uma tarefa relacionada tem seu status alterado, o status do pai não é atualizado. Existe uma maneira de automatizar essa atualização?

Sim, você pode usar o recurso "Regras de Automação" para alterar o status de um item com base na alteração de status de outro item.

Parece que você tem mais de um cenário para abordar.

Cenário 1: alteração de status quando o relacionamento é "clones"

Cenário 2: alteração de status quando o relacionamento é diferente ("tarefa relacionada")

Se houver um Link entre os dois itens, você pode criar uma regra que seja:

1. acionada por uma alteração de status de um item

2. encontre outros itens com base nos Links entre eles e o primeiro item

3. altere o status dos itens encontrados.

Isso pode se tornar muito complicado se os dois itens estiverem em projetos diferentes que usam fluxos de trabalho diferentes. Você teria que detalhar como o status do primeiro item se correlaciona com o status desejado e disponível dos itens encontrados e fazer isso para cada status possível que possa ser definido no primeiro item.

A estrutura básica seria:

GATILHO: Item de Trabalho Transicionado
PARA CADA: Regra de Ramificação / Item Relacionado / Item Vinculado
-- AÇÃO: item de transição

Yes, you can use the "Automation Rules" feature to change the status of one item based on the change of status of another item.

It sounds like you have more than one scenario you want to address.

Scenario 1: changing status when the relationship is "clones"

Scenario 2: changing status when the relationship is something else ("related task")

If there is a Link between the two items then you can create a rule that is:

1. triggered by a change of status for an item

2. finds other items based on the Links between them and the first item

3. changes the status of the found items.

This can get very complicated if the two items are in different projects that use different workflows. You would have to detail how the status of the first item correlates to the desired and available status of the found items, and do this for each possible status that could be set on the first item.

The basic structure would be:

TRIGGER: Work Item Transitioned
FOR EACH: Branch Rule / Related Item / Linked Item
-- ACTION: transition item

I'm using Jira Service to capture and clone tasks on standard boards. However, I can't automatically change statuses. Furthermore, when a related task's status changes, the parent's status isn't updated. Is there a way to automate this update?
