Standardize Context Fields for Issue Type

GDakas

Greetings, I am working on setting up a new environment for Service Management on the Cloud.  I am trying to find a way to have the same context fields show up each time a tech opens an issue type.  I see where I the link where it says configure, but when I go in there it does it for just one request type.  I want a standard context fields for all Incidents; another standard context field for all Service Requests.  Is that possible?

@gdakas -

In JSM, each REQUEST TYPE is associated with a specific issue type.  As the project admin, you can configure both the request type fields and the screen configuration of the issue type (i.e. managing fields setup).

If you want to have one common set of fields for all incidents and another one for all service requests, then you will need to ensure all request types (issue types) associated with your different categories to call out the same set of fields.

Hope this helps.
