Splunk Integration

We have a request to integrate Splunk into our JSM. I saw this guide (Integrate with Splunk). What's "team's operations page" means and where can I see it? I don't see Add Integration on my end.

On the article I see this information:

"The feature described in this article is currently rolling out to some Jira Service Management Cloud customers. It may not yet be visible or available on your site."

I would contact Atlassian via Atlassian Support and ask if the integration can be made available for you.
