For some projects in the JSM portal, not all issue types are loading in the dropdown menu. Currently, only Close and Back to Work in Progress are showing.
However, I want all four statuses to be available: Pending, Cancel, Resolved, and Investigate.
Is there a way to configure this so that all statuses appear in the UI dropdown?

Welcome to the community.
Then you need to check the box, "
Show transition in the customer portal " to show the transition on each of the transitions on the workflow related to the issue types.
Why would you like to have every transition able to be executed on the customer portal?
Best practice is to only provide transition to the customer portal, that serves a purpose, not to allow a customer to just execute any transition!
