The account has the permission and I can add the Jira in the teams by added it from the app store and I can connect my project, but we still failed in add to teams in the Chat page. Can someone help on that? Thanks

What do you mean "add to teams in the Chat page"? Invite new users to JSM cloud? If possible, share a screenshot of your full screen.
