Some date formats in Jira Form PDF show up in EU Format

Hello,

We have created a Jira Form that has a handful of date fields that get filled out.

When creating the form in the portal, and in the project the ticket gets created, all the dates are in standard US format (mm-dd-yy).

However if you download the PDF after it is generated, the dates are converted to European format (dd-mm-yy).  I changed the language settings to the form to English (US), but this problem still persists.

Does anyone know how to change the date field in the PDFs that are created by Jira to show in standard US format?

Currently there is no solution for this.
