I've created several organizations for reporting purposes. i.e. Information Technology with several users within the org. When the emailed service request come in, it automatically will show what org it's from in the help desk queue, only some users, despite being in the org within the Customers tab won't populate the organization field. Why does this happen? In the screenshot you can see under the Organizations column, most populate based on the org, but some don't.
you'll notice in the Organizations column, most are accurate, but there are a few people who are in orgs but do not seem populate correclty
