Hi community! I need Your help with Organization in JSM.
In Organization i have some fields (Project - Directory - Organization - open org):
Field 1 - Text
Field 2 - Text
Field 3 - link
Field 4 - Text
Field 5 - Phone
Field 6 - Text
All these fields have data. But when ticket was created, one field doesn't display in Organization block in this ticket:
Field 1 - Text
Field 2 - Text
Field 3 - link
Field 4 - Text
------
Field 6 - Text
What could be the problem?
Hi Yelizaveta! Possibly that field is not set to display on issues. You can check under Organziations > Manage detail fields > Manage issue view.
