Smart Checklist not populating

Hi All,

Currently we have shared actions in Jira JMWE Workflow to populate the Smart Checklist items for specific Jira Company Managed Project

Shared action has Set Property value that will update the com.railsware.SmartChecklist.checklist".

Recently this has stopped working and workflow not populating the checklist. It does not show any errors in the workflow

Could you please advise how to resolve this issue?

Hello Chalani,

Thank you for your question!

From what I can see, your automations are still using Entity Properties, which could the cause for the issue. After the migration to Jira's new Forge platform for app developers, the automations are required to be updated to use Custom Fields instead. Please find more information here.
