Does anyone have any guidance for creating an alert in JSM from a workflow in Slack. I've tried to send a "/jsmops" message to the channel, but it seems to be getting ignored. The same /jsmops command will create the alert I need on that channel.
I also don't see Jira Service Management Chat Ops as a selection when creating a workflow step. Am I missing some type of configuration?

I'm not aware of a direct JSM operations action available in slack workflows. Not the best solutions but maybe you could setup an email integration in your Operations team and have the Slack workflow send an email to that address to create an alert, or have the slack workflow create a Jira work item and use sync or automation to create an alert?

Thanks Chris. That's the fallback plan.. I am able to create issues in spaces using the Jira Cloud integration from Slack workflow. However, the Chat Ops feature (/jsmops) is not listed, thus I cannot create an alert in Operations.
This seems like a Slack issue..
