Hello Community!
I am trying to set up an integration with a Slack channel through Jira and I get the error “Something went wrong Error ID: 93f661e0-0d92-11f1-8b05-37abdfe5d881”
When selecting the troubleshooting option below, all steps are shown in green. I am an admin in the Project space and also tried to set up the connection through the channel with the command /jira manage but all attempts were unsuccesful.
Any help or suggestion on how to fix the issue would be much appreciated!
Thank you!
a Site Admin is usually needed for initial installation, project administrators can configure Slack channels, set alerts, and manage project-specific integrations through the project settings.
Hi Gavin,
Thank you for your help!
The initial installation is all set up. In the past, admins were able to set up integrations with specific channels and configure them.
We are tring to set up an integration with a new channel now but receive the above error.
Any other ideas?

Maybe your slack admin can revoke the permissions so that the permissions can be regranted.
