Single user fields - restrict user list

Hi there,

I am trying out the new Forms in JSM and was using Extension for Forms earlier. 

I want to restrict the users that show up in the single-user fields in the form. I have linked the form field to a Jira field which has user restriction enabled. 

However, the user restrictions that are applied to the Jira field do not seem to apply to the form field.

Not sure if I am missing something. Has anyone else come across this situation?

Welcome to the community.  Can you clarify what is your configuration against the actual Jira field where there is "user restrictions"?

@Joseph Chung Yin, thank you for the response. 

I have enabled user filtering in the field context such that only the users in a specific group show up in the field when the drop-down is clicked or if anything is typed.

Thanks for your update.  Currently, it is my understanding that JSM Forms has a limitation - "Note that a FORM (aka ProForma) user picker field that is linked to a Jira user picker field, will not reflect any constraints (filtering to specific groups) that exist on the Jira field)."

I would recommend that you to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further update.
