We use Jira Service Management Cloud. We have an issue with signed Mails from our customers. Signed Mails are filtered via SD-Filter and classified as "Auto -Reply Answer".
Anyone else facing that issue and is it possible to configure SD-Filter in another way? The only workaround we currently see: Put Domain on whitelist. Or do you have other ideas?
