Should not edit Jira Forms after closing the issues

We had tickets with Jira FORMS. When tickets is closed the Jira form should be freeze i.e. should not editable is their any way..?

Hi Ravi,

You have the option to lock the form once submitted.

If you are wanting it to be editable until transitioned to Closed. Then I do not believe there is a way after looking at the API available.
