Is there a way to give access to anyone and not request that they log in or create an account to view the help center and the associated KB articles?

Hey @Tabor,

Since you already have your content in Confluence, I see two ways of making it available for non-logged in users:

  • You could set up anonymous access for your Confluence.
  • You could publish your Confluence space via a third party app. One such app would be Scroll Viewport - made by my team at K15t - which allows you to customize your Help Center and is specifically designed for this use case. Here are some example Help Centers that are published using Scroll Viewport: 1, 2, 3

Welcome to the community.  Where are your KB articles hosted from? (Confluence?)  Please provide more details if possible.

Are you asking so customers don't need an account to access your JSD portal and are able to access KB articles?

Thanks Joseph! I am currently looking to move to Jira Service Management and use the knowledge base that is included for both internal and external customers. The articles would be hosted in Confluence. 

I would want customers to be able to access the KB articles, not the JSD portal without being logged in or having to need an account. If they want to submit a ticket they would need to be logged in. 

Appreciate the help.
