Share multiple tickets with one customer

What is the best way to bulk share tickets with a specific customer?

I have about 100 tickets and tried to do a bulk change, but didn't' see a way to bulk share.

Thanks.

The easiest solution that I can think of would be to create a scheduled automation that sets the specific customer as request participant on those tickets. All you need is a JQL that picks up all those issues and then once the automation is created you manually run it.

Something like this should do the trick:

I've got the JQL, but I'm not sure what to pick as the action for the automation rule.

THANKS for your help!
