Set insight user attribute based on multi user custom field

Hello Community,
I have issue type "user" with two custom field :
- company : Text field
- email : Email field
I have insight object called "organization" with same name as we use in company field below.
Would you know how i could add the user identified by the email field in an attribute of the right organization depending on the information in the company field ?
