Set an automation rule in JSM

Is it possible to set an automation rule to subtract 2 business days from the due date and populate this date into a new field called DEV DUE DATE in the backend?

Yes - You should be able to do something like this:

• TRIGGER: Field Value Changed (Due Date)
• ACTION: Edit Issue (Dev Due Date)

  • {{issue.dueDate.minusBusinessDays(2)}}
