Hi, I have installed this plugin and the configuration for Servicenow and Jira and are correct. I do a test connection and result is ok, then save the configuration but when I want to do a field mapping, show me a message that indicate "Unable to contact Service Now".
Any suggestion?
Thanks in advance.

Israel Romo
Hi, @Israel Romo Sen can you provide more info about which plugin you're using? (A link to the marketplace page, for example.)
Hi Esther, sorry, I fogot include it. This is the page on Marketplace.
Thanks!

I'm sorry to say it looks like the developer of this plugin may be unresponsive. It's only had 40 installs total, and the single review posted indicates that user had the same issue you are having.
If you work with ServiceNow, there's a plugin (called a Spoke) on the ServiceNow side that can enable the same kind of connection, I believe. There are also other plugins on the Atlassian marketplace that are more successful, although I don't have any experience with any of them.
If you are invested in this particular plugin, they appear to have a webinar on their website about it; maybe there's additional info available. Scroll down on this page for a register link.

The webinar page is giving an error message as well.
But I had success reaching them via Mail. @Israel Romo Sen - please try to contact Empyra via e-mail.
This should get you the needed help. I also have seen the review in Marketplace - it looks it was a single occurrence, at least in some days ago they indeed replied to my support inquiries. Hope it helps.
