Hi, even if Hebrew is not supported, is it possible to get service requests written in Hebrew, received by email? Thanks

Hi @Pierre Kohn and welcome to the community,

Your service catalogue can be in whatever language you choose to write it. You may also customize the customers' notifications. However changing Jira user's interface to Hebrew is not currently supported. And you can receiver requests by email in any language. This is not a problem at all. You just have to create the appropriate email request request type https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/receive-requests-from-an-email-address/

Thanks @Alex Koxaras -Relational- . Actually, I have a bit more information: If the message encoding is UTF-8, we can read the message clearly, but not if the encoding is for instance Western. Any way that JIRA Service management converts the email encoding?
